We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design teams and deliver innovative, world-class solutions for complex projects. What You’ll Do

• Lead electrical design from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare specifications, data sheets, RFQs, bid summaries, and purchase recommendations.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and construction planning.
• Apply advanced knowledge of electrical concepts, codes, and standards to complex projects.
• Conduct quality reviews of drawings and oversee construction administration.
• Perform field inspections and resolve design-related installation issues.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to QA/QC processes.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 6–7+ years of electrical engineering experience; EPC project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI and IEEE standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead large projects and delegate tasks effectively.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
