The mission

Minimize downtime and maximize performance by applying expert electrical maintenance across high‑ and low‑voltage systems, modern drives, PLCs, and motion control.

• Stable operation of 120/208/240/480V systems through proactive maintenance and rapid repair.
• Documented, compliant machine safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Root‑cause fixes on VFD and PLC issues that prevent repeat failures.
• Servo motors tuned and serviced for consistent, precise motion.
• Seamless support for Fanuc, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens equipment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration that drives higher equipment reliability.
• Clear records of work performed, parts used, and inspection outcomes.

How you’ll do it

A line stops with a Siemens PLC fault. You verify lockout, trace the 480V feed, isolate a VFD parameter mismatch, retune the servo, update the PLC logic, and document the fix—production resumes on spec and on schedule.

Your background

• Experience as a Maintenance Electrician or equivalent within industrial settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 120/208/240/480V electrical systems.
• Track record conducting machine safety inspections to standard.
• Hands‑on proficiency with VFDs and PLCs.
• Servo motor maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens platforms.
• Detail‑oriented problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Team‑first collaborator.
• Electrical maintenance certifications/licenses are advantageous.
