Injection Molding Technician
The Injection Molding Technician will be responsible for assisting the Plastic Engineers and production teams in the setup, operation, and maintenance of molding equipment to produce high-quality parts. Ensure smooth production flow, proper machine operation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Injection Molding Technician

• Mix colorants and fill hoppers for plastic molding.
• Assist engineers with preventative maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating machinery components.
• Setup and adjust machines as needed for production.
• Support operators by ensuring proper materials and work instructions are available.
• Transport molds to the toolroom for repair.
• Maintain lean processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fill in for machine operators as required.

Requirements of the Injection Molding Technician

• Minimum 5 years of molding operator experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of molding processes.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Knowledge of TS requirements.
• Experience with hand tools and plastic molding processes.

2nd shift, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $25.00 - $32.00 an hour, based on experience
