Job Description:
Planning and implementing behavioral and skill area programs plans within a daily schedule in a residential program: employing physical intervention as necessary; promoting health and safety while encouraging skill development and independence; data collection; report writing and analysis; upkeep and cleaning of household.

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of HS Diploma required.
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services in related field preferred.
- Must have at least two years supervisory experience working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing for a minimum of three years and insured auto.
- Computer skills: intermediate proficiency.
