Compensation: $62,000 - $66,000

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hotel management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in budget management and financial analysis
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of all staff members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze financial data and make recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues
• Must have valid driver's license
