Stick Pack Operator Tasks & Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor stick pack machines to package products according to specifications.

• Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, fill levels, sealing pressure) for optimal performance.

• Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions or errors to minimize downtime.

• Load materials such as film, product, and cartons into the machine.

• Perform regular line checks, weight verification, and visual quality inspections.

• Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and quality documentation.

• Clean and sanitize machines, work areas, and tools in compliance with safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Stick Pack Operator Shift Info

• Day Shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm | Monday - Friday

• Swing Shift, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am | Monday - Thursdsay

• Weekend Shift, 5:00 am to 5:30 pm | Friday - Sunday

Stick Pack Operator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Stick Pack Operator experience preferred

• Able to work in the US

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic machine adjustments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic math and recordkeeping abilities.
