Role Overview
We're seeking a meticulous and skilled Assembly Operator to bring their talents to our windshield washer pump production line. You'll be assembling pump components with a focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring smooth operational flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in spot welding, riveting, and fastening to put together pump components.
- Delicately assemble small parts like O-rings and gaskets by hand.
- Apply lubricants to designated areas as necessary.
- Test assembled products using mechanical testers to verify quality and functionality.
- Operate high-precision equipment like spot welders, riveters, and pneumatic presses.
- Manage minor fluid spills adeptly and safely.
- Keep your work area impeccably clean and orderly.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and standard procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in manual assembly and power tool operation.
- Experience with production machinery such as welders, riveters, and presses.
- Keen eye for detail and experience with delicate components.
- Familiar with basic mechanical testing procedures.
- Capable of independent work and effective team collaboration.
- Excellent manual skills and coordination.

- Previous assembly experience preferred.
