Fast-paced PR agency seeking highly-organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to handle day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice management, benefits administration, personnel requests, database management, phones, vendor relations, and overall office management.

The position requires strong written and verbal communications skills, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and knowledge of general accounting practices. Must have three-plus years of administrative / office manager experience. Previous bookkeeping experience is highly desired. Must be a self-starter and proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Google applications.
