Position: Hyperaric oxygen chamber Operator / Technician
Location: Blue Hill, Maine
Type: Full-time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Operator to join our integrative wellness and neurorehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor mild to hard-shelled HBOT chambers (1.3–2.5 ATA), ensure client safety, and assist with daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate FDA certified hyperbaric chambers (OxyHealth / Fortius and Quamvis 320
- Monitor patients during pressurization and decompression.
- Record session data and maintain accurate treatment logs.
- Perform daily chamber maintenance and safety checks.
- Communicate effectively with clinicians and clients.
- Uphold oxygen safety, infection control, and facility standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical or allied health background (LPN, EMT, or CNA preferred).
- CPR / First Aid certification (required or obtainable).
- Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and credentials. Day shifts, full-time. Opportunities for cross-training in integrative modalities photobiomodulation, tDCS neurofeedback.
