We're seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in large-scale food manufacturing. In this role, you will oversee a team of 20-30 production associates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring that production, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do
- Supervise daily production operations to meet established goals for output, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-30 production employees, fostering a safe and collaborative culture.
- Partner with Shipping and Receiving teams to support smooth material and product flow (20% of role).
- Troubleshoot operational challenges while promoting lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and monitor short- and long-term production plans aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, union agreements, and federal/state regulations (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.).
- Drive training, performance improvement, and employee engagement across your team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant work experience will be considered.
- Large-Scale Food Manufacturing experience - REQUIRED
- 2+ years' leadership experience in a production environment leading teams of 20-30 employees.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (1+ year).
- Union experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plus ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work required hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
