We’re hiring Residential Coordinators for a well-established organization in the San Jose area. This is a support-focused role—you will not be responsible for managing medication—and is open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to make a difference. What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to residents, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with activities, community engagement, and maintaining program standards.
  • Serve as a resource for residents, helping them navigate daily routines and facility guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and inclusive living experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards.

  • Previous experience in residential, social services, or customer support roles is a plus—but not required.
