About the Role


The Client Experience Lead is the go-to person for everything front desk. You’ll guide the daily salon flow, lead braid assistants in guest support and cleanliness, manage front desk systems, and post real-time social media updates that show off our services and vibe. This is not just a check-in/out job — you’re responsible for creating a seamless and engaging client experience from entry to exit.


What You'll Be Responsible For:


Leadership & Oversight


Arrive 30 minutes before opening (Tues–Sat) to prep and lead the day


Assign daily tasks to braid assistants (towels, cleaning, prep)


Ensure front desk, retail, and common areas are organized and client-ready


Direct braid assistants respectfully and hold them accountable


Complete daily sales sheet and cash drawer closeout


Client Experience


Greet every client with warmth and professionalism


Guide smooth check-in and check-out with attention to detail


Encourage rebooking using correct scripts/language


Promote product sales and service upgrades


Communicate with ownership about any concerns or guest needs


Social Media + Content (Live Updates)


Post live IG Stories/Reels during shifts (no batching later)


Capture before/afters, braid prep, team energy, and behind-the-scenes moments


Spot and follow content trends — bring ideas to the table!


Direct assistants in capturing photos/video when needed


Help keep our digital presence as fresh as our braids


You're a Fit If You…


Have strong communication skills and natural leadership energy


Are confident posting real-time content to Instagram Reels and Stories


Love the beauty industry (braids, makeup, lashes — whatever your lane is)


Understand salon client flow and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do


Schedule


You’ll work Tuesday–Saturday


Arrive 30 mins before salon opening (typically 8:30 or 7:30 AM)


Shifts end early afternoon
