Job Title: Night Audit and Front Desk Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Audit and Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during night shifts, providing exceptional customer service, and performing nightly audits to maintain accurate financial records. This position will be full-time and include 3-night audit shifts and 2- 3pm-11pm shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the night.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
