Job DescriptionFire Suppression Service Technician
We're looking for a Fire Suppression Service Technician to help ensure critical systems remain reliable, compliant, and ready when needed most.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire suppression systems, including kitchen hood and special hazard systems, in compliance with NFPA standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on system components such as cylinders, nozzles, release mechanisms, and control panels.
- Recharge and test agent cylinders, troubleshoot system issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Repair and replace components as needed to maintain compliance and functionality.
- Communicate with clients to schedule service visits and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Document all service activities accurately using the Service Trade platform.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests to restore system functionality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with fire suppression systems; manufacturer certifications (ANSUL, Amerex, Badger, Buckeye) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 17, NFPA 96, and related standards.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
