ASAP AC & Refrigerantion is looking for a motivated individual who is seeking to intergrate into a small family HVAC business. Candidates don't need experience to apply, as we are looking to hire and train a helper to become a technician within the next year. Candidates must be a team player and will be exposed to commercial and residential ac and refrigeration type jobs. Helper will assist techncian with getting tools, lifting materials, picking up supplies, and maintaining an organized work envirnoment (i.e. jobsite and work van). Some weekends may apply; however, most work is completed M-F during day time hours. If the helper is required during a weekend a weekend premium will apply. All training will be conducted on the job site and at the shop during slow periods. The more interested and engaged the candidate is the sooner they can transition into a technician role and receive pay incentives.
