Packaging Bench Associate

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:45pm)

Small-Part Assembly or Machine Operation experience is acceptable
Open to seeing packaging candidates who have operated production machinery

Job Summary:

The Packaging Bench Associate plays a key role in preparing and packaging finished goods to meet customer specifications and internal quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, steady manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform bench work (badges, insignia, leather cases) and operate bagging machine.

Carefully assemble components according to tickets.

Be able to read tickets to identify attachments, style, quantity, colors and finish.

Must be able to pay attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality.

Operate the bagging machine.

Be able to load the machine, ensure products are packaged safely and efficiently and perform one last component/quantity check.

Work is routine and consistent from day to day.

Work requires continuous visual effort for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:

Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time.

Work performed is typically sedentary with occasional periods of walking, standing, and reaching.

Regularly required to use hands and arms to operate tools and equipment; push, pull and grasp objects; talk and hear.
