We are seeking a driven, personable, and creative Sales Representative to join our Fine Diamond Jewelry and Custom-Made Jewelry division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, appreciates craftsmanship, and has a passion for exquisite jewelry. You will represent our brand to clients, boutiques, and wholesale accounts across Houston and surrounding Texas markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of fine diamond jewelry and custom special-order pieces through in-person meetings, showroom visits, and strategic follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including jewelry retailers, private customers, and referral networks.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into customized jewelry solutions, working closely with the design and production teams.
  • Present jewelry pieces with confidence, including discussing quality, design elements, stones, craftsmanship, and customization options.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, deliver professional sales pitches, and provide guidance on selection based on customer preferences.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation, outbound visits, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Attend events, trunk shows, boutique pop-ups, and local exhibitions to promote the brand.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client notes, and follow-up schedules.
  • Travel locally within the Houston area and occasionally throughout Texas as required for client meetings.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, retail, luxury goods, jewelry, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable meeting new people and building rapport.
  • Creativity or background in arts, crafts, or design (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Ability to understand and explain product details, craftsmanship processes, and customization options.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and confident in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant education in business, jewelry, arts, marketing, or design is a plus but not required if the candidate brings proven experience.
  • Strong organizational abilities, especially for managing appointments, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel locally and regionally within Texas.
