Job Description
Paint Line Lead/ Powder Coater the candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and durability of our finished products by applying paint and powder coatings to a variety of materials. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and dedication. Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting or powder coating by cleaning, masking, and priming as necessary
• Mix, match and apply paint or powder coatings using sprayers and other specialized tools
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray guns, ovens, and booths
• Ensure proper thickness and adhesion of coating, conducting quality check to meet customer
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial painting or power coating, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of paint/powder coating materials, application techniques, and curing process
• Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment and related machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast -paced environment
