Job Summary
The Deck Project Manager is responsible for managing residential deck projects from contract to completion. This includes submitting permits, producing drawings, ordering materials, coordinating field operations, and ensuring each project meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The role is also the primary production contact for customers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Duties

  • Review signed contracts and verify project scope, measurements, and performed job site visits.
  • Produce and submit material list to supplier for contracted scope of work.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and job start dates with customer.
  • Deliver material to job sites as requested by production members
  • Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and code compliance
  • Document changes in scope and initiate formal change orders when necessary
  • Log daily progress, inspections, subcontractor notes, and customer communications in company CRM to ensure continuity and transparency.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion
