We are seeking an On Site Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all roofing jobs being completed-(1-2 at a time)
• Customer management and relations
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Complete a customer timeline by taking photos and scope notes throughout the entire job
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and quality control of our sub crews
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in resedential roofing or other related fields
• Familiarity with roofing applications and construction
• Ability to build rapport with customers-good people skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be tech savvy as we use multiple apps to track our customers for quality control
• Must have a valid PA drivers liscense
