1. Lead group and individual programming to support functional life skill
development of residents in one or more A&A Health Services communities
2. Facilitate life skills groups according to the themes and content directed by the
director of occupational therapy and/ or acting supervisor
3. Document groups and individual support in our software platform for each client
served
4. Document group plans and calendars in One Dive
5. Document client goals and progress per policy. This position will receive support
and mentoring from an occupational therapist or other related clinical supervisor
6. Maintain an activity attendance record to assist with the evaluation of group program
7. Confer with the Director of Occupational Therapy Services of on matters of policy and departmental problems.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior activities coordination/supervision experience
preferred. Current first aid certification strongly preferred.
Seeking individual(s) with behavioral health experience and passion for supporting independent
living skills. This position could be filled by an occupational therapist, occupational therapy
assistant, Board Certified Behavior Analyst or other related discipline
Certifications, Licenses, and other Special Requirements:
Must have a current Tuberculosis skin test or chest x-ray. Current CPR and First Aid certification
preferred. Must pass criminal background check. Must have compassion for and desire to
work with our clients.
Essential Skills:
Possess a pleasant personality, and be congenial with fellow
employees and the public. Must be able to supervise staff and volunteers. Must be capable of
following instructions and using good judgment and initiative in daily duties. Must have
excellent communication skills.
