Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team. The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing moving crews on residential and commercial jobs, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and upholding our company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate crew members during moving jobs

Ensure all furniture/items are packed, wrapped, and transported safely

Provide on-site customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients

Train and mentor new crew members to meet company standards

Manage job site efficiency, time tracking, and proper use of equipment

Uphold company professionalism: clean-cut appearance, uniform, shirts tucked in, jogging when not carrying items

Communicate with office staff regarding job progress and any customer concerns
Requirements

Prior moving industry or leadership experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Physically fit; able to lift 75+ lbs and perform demanding labor

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (ability to drive a 26’ box truck a plus)

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must pass background check
