RV Production - Fiberglass Repair
Purpose: Production employees use a variety of hand tools to assemble recreational vehicles. RV production employees are compensated by a base rate, plus a piece rate bonus. This position is critical to maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products on the production line.
- Inspect products for quality assurance.
- Follow all factory safety guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Varying requirements based on the specific position.
- Previous RV production experience is a plus.
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift anywhere from 25 – 50lb's depending on the position, must be able to work in a repetitious and fast-paced environment, and must be willing to adhere to all factory safety guidelines and standards.
- Jayco prefers construction or previous RV experience, but it is not required. We will train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and can adhere to quality standards while working safely.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- This position may require working in shifts.
- The role may involve lifting heavy objects and working with machinery.
- Training will be provided for specific tasks and safety procedures.
- Comply with all company safety policies, practices and procedures.
- This position is a full-time position
- Regular attendance is a job requirement.
