Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team at a fast-paced 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse. As part of daily operations, you will assist with a variety of warehouse tasks to help maintain smooth, efficient logistics and distribution operations.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers manually or with pallet jacks (as needed)

• Sort, scan, and label inbound and outbound freight

• Palletize, shrink wrap, and stage shipments for delivery

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Perform general warehouse maintenance duties as assigned

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

• Must wear steel toe shoes/boots at all times while on site

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
