Job Title: Cryo Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Cryo Operator where you will be responsible for the safe and proper operation of Cryogenic Equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of aerospace rubber parts by operating Cryogenic Tumblers and De-flashing machines.
1st shift - 6am to 2:30pm (Training)
3rd shift - 10pm to 6:30am (Move to this shift after 2 months)
Responsibilities
- Set up, clean, and operate Cryo de-flashing equipment.
- De-flash molded parts following work instruction guidelines and work order schedule.
- Maintain Cryo equipment as per the Maintenance program, recognizing and correcting minor equipment difficulties.
- Fill out proper work order information and complete all applicable logs as directed in work instructions.
- Follow prescribed procedures for finishing different product types and monitor the quality of Cryo de-flashed molded parts.

- General labor and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager and positive attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- No previous experience or resume needed.
- Nice to have some past production/manufacturing experience.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is acceptable and all cultural backgrounds are welcome.

Work Environment
Work in a lean six sigma, highly organized facility equipped with injection molding machines and hot presses. Though machines can get hot, the facility is kept cool with AC units. This ITAR facility is designed for efficiency and has dedicated spaces for all equipment and supplies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
