Role Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, schedules, and materials
• Ensure compliance with HCAI/OSHPD standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee inspections, quality control, and project documentation
• Drive projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven experience with HCAI/OSHPD-regulated projects and/or healthcare builds
• Strong understanding of TI construction scopes, phasing, and logistics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms is a plus
