Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Port Washington, WI
Salary: $50-60k + full benefits
Requirement: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preventative care, line equipment repair

We are a leading contract manufacturer seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in port Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing process equipment in a manufacturing environment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, Associates, Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
  • Proven experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with high-speed packaging pr processing equipment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
