Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced commercial carpenter Foreman for a direct hire position in Cedar Rapids, IA
<ul>
<li>Pay is $25-30/H depending on experience</li>
<li>Comprehensive employee benefits such as 401k match, health insurance, PTO and more!</li>
<li>First shift (Monday to Friday-6:30 am -4 pm)</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities for Carpenter Foreman:
<ul>
<li>Lead work on new construction and remodeling projects</li>
<li>Overseeing framing, installing doors and windows, casework, cabinets, and specialties</li>
<li>Communicate both with team members and senior management</li>
<li>Operate Equipment if necessary</li>
</ul>
Requirements for Carpenter Foreman:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of commercial carpentry foreman or lead experience</li>
<li>Comfortable working with operating equipment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills </li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License required</li>
</ul>
