Monday-Thursday 5:30AM-4PMFriday 6:30AM - 2:00PMSome Saturdays 5:30AM - Noon

Laminator Builder Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets-up and prepares parts for build-up.
- Organizes materials and tools required for build-up.
- Checks setup lights.
- Weighs, measures and cuts materials for lamination.
- Checks mandrel dimensions.
- Trims and buffs parts.
- Builds parts by following prescribed procedures using an MIP.
- Builds/assembles a part, molds the part and disassembles the part.
- Repairs parts as necessary.
- Reads and records measurements in the MIP. Stamps the MIP as required.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Follows safe work practices and instructions, and exercises stop work authority if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Laminator Builder Qualification Requirements
- Entry level position.
- Common knowledge of manufacturing environment preferred.
- Understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Build parts while maintaining acceptable production and quality standards.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division).
- Willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail is required.
Laminator Builder Tools and Equipment Used
- Stamp for MIP
- Paint brush (for chemicals and paint)
- Rolling hand tools to shape or flatten rubber (stitchers, perforators, etc.)
- Xacto knife, blade, scissors (to cut fabric and rubber)
- Trimmers (hand held manual)
- Buffer (hand held electric)
- Clicker machine (cuts rubber with cutting board)
- Screw driver, rachet, socket, wrench, allen wrench, plyers
- Syringe with needle to remove air pockets from rubber
- Ruler, tape measure
- Impact (electric)
- Clamps
