Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Customer Service: Provide expert assistance to customers
- Sales Management: Drive store performance by monitoring KPIs, managing inventory levels, and implementing merchandising strategies.
- Operational Duties: Ensure smooth daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, loss prevention, and safety compliance.
- Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, and organize shipments; monitor stock levels; assist in ordering.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas, including storage and workshop spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in retail or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
