Bodywork and Paint Technician
Responsibilities
• Use power and hand tools to safely prepare composite surfaces for primer applications. • Mix and apply 2-part paint products using company defined processes. • Use spray tools for the application of primer and paint. • Clean and prep surfaces using SOPs. • Maintain shop standards through the awareness of company values. • Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications/Skills
• Read, write, speak the English language. • Able to lift 50 lbs. safely and be active on foot through a normal workday. • General mechanical aptitude. • Valid driver’s license, ability to operate a motor vehicle safely. • Competently use hand tools and power tools for light construction skills. • Willing to learn Lean Manufacturing concepts. • Ability to work independently. • Good interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. • Ability to work quickly and accurately with an organized approach to work and attention to detail. • Integrity, honor and teamwork.
Education/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule
• 10 hrs./Day, Monday – Thursday / Part Time to Full Time
Salary
• $19 to $27 HR DOE
