Job Title: Crew Member
Overview:
We are hiring a hard-working, motivated individual ready to grow with us in the Columbia market. No experience required — we provide paid training and opportunities for advancement. This role operates various equipment to stripe parking lots and large sites. The position is part-time, with potential for more hours as business scales. Afternoon, night, and weekend availability is a must. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are key.
Responsibilities:
- Operate striping equipment of various sizes and weights
- Load/unload trucks and prepare equipment
- Track materials such as paint, chalk, etc.
- Use company technology platforms
- Follow company and OSHA safety procedures
- Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance
- Clean stencils, machines, and job sites as needed
- Assist Crew Leader with layout work on site
Qualifications:
- Mechanically and practically inclined
- Physical labor experience preferred
- Positive, eager to learn, team-first mindset
- Able to follow instructions with attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
This is a physically active, outdoor position. You’ll stand, bend, crawl, kneel, and lift regularly. You may be exposed to paint fumes, dust, and moving equipment. Must be able to push items up to 350 lbs and use a variety of hand tools and machines.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 8–32 per week
- Schedule: Evening & night shifts (weekends required)
Travel:
Jobs will take place at various customer locations throughout the Columbia metropolitan area and surrounding counties. Local travel is required. A company vehicle may be provided.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
