What You’ll Do
As a Chemical Operator, you will support manufacturing activities in a cGMP-certified environment, ensuring safe and accurate processing of chemical products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building production batches and completing accurate documentation
• Loading and unloading chemicals
• Operating pumps, filters, scales, and related production equipment
• Monitoring temperatures, run speeds, and process conditions
• Performing in-process quality tests
• Maintaining housekeeping, safety, and 6S standards
• Collaborating with QC, R&D, customer service, and planning teams
• Troubleshooting basic equipment issues and submitting repair requests
• Following hazardous material handling and emergency procedures
• Assisting with training new team members

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required
• 5+ years experience as a chemical operator or in manufacturing
• Ability to become forklift certified within 90 days
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong independent work skills and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working around hazardous chemicals and PSM-regulated processes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform regular standing, walking, bending, and climbing
• Solid communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment

• Non-temperature-controlled production setting
• Exposure to moderate noise and occasional odors
• PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
• 2nd Shift - 3pm - 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift 11pm - 7:30am
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 - $20+ an hour (depending on experience) + 4% shift premium
