  • Prepare buffers, solutions, and formulations following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform routine laboratory experiments and formulation studies
  • Support characterization testing (e.g., pH, osmolality, viscosity, appearance, stability)
  • Accurately document experimental procedures, results, and observations in laboratory notebooks or electronic systems
  • Assist with stability studies, sample preparation, and data tracking
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and GMP/GLP guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical, process development, and quality
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong interest in biopharmaceutical formulation and drug product development
  • Basic laboratory experience gained through coursework, internships, or research projects
  • Understanding of fundamental lab techniques and scientific principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work in a regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, co-op, or undergraduate research experience in pharma, biotech, or formulation labs
  • Familiarity with biologics (proteins, peptides) or pharmaceutical dosage forms
  • Exposure to GMP, GLP, or regulated laboratory environments
  • Experience with analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, UV, pH, osmolality)

What We Offer

  • Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced formulation scientists
  • Exposure to real-world drug development programs
  • Career development and growth opportunities within a biopharma organization
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Collaborative and science-driven work environment
