About the job:
This role focuses on university program management, financial coordination, data reporting, and overall
operational efficiency.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a bachelor’s degree
- Brings 3–5 years of experience in operations or program management
- Has strong skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, and workflow organization
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and email systems; familiarity with social media is a plus
- Is detail-oriented and capable of managing confidential and complex information
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Has a service-oriented mindset with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and deliver timely results
What you’ll do:
- Manage DCGI program operations, applications, communications, and scheduling
- Coordinate with finance and admin teams on budget, contracts, invoicing, and receivables
- Maintain and improve databases, data collection processes, and public-facing reports
- Track website performance and recommend improvements to systems and workflows
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure high-quality experiences for all stakeholders
- Supervise student workers and collaborate with program coordinators
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
