Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Electrical Customer Service Engineer with a strong background in electrical systems, field service operations, and communication. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service related to electrical systems and equipment installed at the project sites
  • Involved in the electrical drawings, design specifications, and execution of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with construction teams and other engineers to integrate electrical systems efficiently
  • Monitor and inspect the installation of electrical systems to ensure quality and safety.
  • Communicate directly with clients to address system concerns and provide technical clarification.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineering teams for repair, replacement, or modification work.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with electrical codes, project standards, and safety regulations.
  • Submit accurate service reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation



Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related area
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in electrical construction engineering or customer services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, such as coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of construction-related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.


Preferred

  • Good understanding of electrical engineering principles and construction standards.
  • Knowledge of construction-related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering and construction software applications, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.


Additional Information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule

Work Environment

Work is performed in a variety of environments ranging from the office to construction sites, which may involve working near moving mechanical parts, equipment, or machinery on rough or uneven surfaces, and exposure to dust, noise, chemicals, odors, gas, oils, fumes, extreme temperatures, or heights. May occasionally be exposed to inclement or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to inadequate lighting, work space restrictions, and intense noises and travel; requiring moderate physical activities.
