Creative Innervisions, LLC is an organization that provides services and supports to people with developmental disabilities within Maricopa County. We are currently looking to onboard caring and compassionate individuals to permanently fill shifts within our Residential Group Homes. All training is provided upon employment. Requirements/Training:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to attend and pass State and agency provided training
- Obtain and maintain a Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- For positions that require driving, must be able to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record that is in good standing
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Administer medications
- Complete daily documentation
- Communicate with supervisor and shift colleagues
- Assist member with daily hygiene
- Assist member with meal planning and preparation
- Accompany member on community outings
- Respond accordingly when emergency situations arise
- Provide care to member in accordance to their person-centered plan
