Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $29.75/hr + $0.75 shift differential
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 4 months
Shift: 2nd Shift
Education & Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemical, food, or perfumery manufacturing facility
• Minimum 2 years of experience mixing and handling chemicals against a recipe
• Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
• Ability to pass an OSHA-required respirator fit test

Job Duties:
• Accurately weigh and pack orders into proper containers
• Operate scales to weigh materials for packing
• Follow labeling procedures and ensure destruction of extra labels
• Operate pumps, filters, scales, and computer systems
• Take raw material and finished product samples for testing per QC requirements
• Safely operate forklift, drum handling equipment, and Big Joe Lift
• Inspect all containers prior to filling
• Follow proper storage requirements for racks, freezers, cold boxes, and hot boxes
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to be on your feet 60–90% of the day
• Frequently lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Required to wear PPE
• Must be willing to work in areas with minimal temperature control (hot/cold)
• Must be able to operate a forklift
