Do you have CNC operation experience? If so, we have an opportunity available for you to operate CNC Machines. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Set up, position, load materials, and manually run lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and saws
- Monitor machines while working to adjust the feed, maintain them, and identify issues
- Load and unload materials of various geometries up to 40 pounds
- Understand G&M codes, use FANUC Controls, and make minor program edits
- Review samples, drawings, or instruction to understand specifications with GDT
- Use micrometers and calipers to check parts to the print
- Understand and complete documents in an ISO setting
- Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Assist in any area of the plant if needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience operating CNC Machines
- Must be familiar with CNC mill, lathe, drill press, and saw machines
- Must have the ability to inspect parts and accurately use micrometers and calipers
- Must understand G&M codes, use FANUC Controls, make minor program edits, and review samples, drawings or instruction to understand specifications with GDT
- Must be able to read customer prints
- Must have the ability to take measurements, mark material for cutting or shaping, and complete documents in an ISO setting
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maintain machine and area around it in a net, clean, and orderly manner is required
- Must be capable of following all company policies and procedures
