Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/hr, depending on experience

Position Summary: As an HVAC Apprentice, you will support our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
- Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, and other HVAC components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support lead installers in daily tasks and job site preparation.
- Follow company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a high-quality service experience.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to work sites.
- Previous experience in HVAC is preferred.
- HVAC trade school completion certificate is preferred.
- Construction or mechanical work experience is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
