Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Install, repair, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of robotics and automation systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Auburn, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $73000.00/yr.
