- Schedules appointments
- obtain authorizations as required by insurance carrier
- Obtains patient benefits prior to new patient appointments and yearly during enrollment period
- Check patient in upon arrival
- Manages clinic schedule to ensure each therapist schedule is clean
- Answers incoming calls and traiges accordingly
- Collects co-pay, co-insurance, deductible and any balance upon patient check-in
- Balances cash drawer nightly and deposits money daily
- Maintain all office logs daily
