Station Leader – Charlotte, NC
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually + Monthly Performance Bonus

We’re seeking a hands-on Station Leader to run our Charlotte operation. This role is ideal for a strong, in-the-field leader who thrives on building teams, driving safety, and owning results.
The Opportunity
As Station Leader, you’ll act as the general manager of your local operation—overseeing performance, people, and profit. You’ll balance strategy with execution: leading from the front, developing your team, and ensuring every shift runs safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Build a strong, accountable team culture that reflects SkyHop Global’s core values: Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Growth, and Raving Fan Service.
- Own the Results: Manage your station’s P&L, ensuring goals for revenue, safety, and service quality are consistently achieved.
- Ensure Safety Excellence: Champion all DOT and company safety policies. Conduct audits, lead safety talks, and model safe practices daily.
- Develop Your Team: Recruit, coach, and mentor staff to achieve high performance and low turnover.
- Optimize Operations: Oversee scheduling, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve safety, service, and profitability.
- Represent the Brand: Serve as the face of SkyHop Global in the field—visible, professional, and proactive.

Requirements:
What You Bring
- 3+ years of leadership experience (operations, logistics, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Proven success managing teams, budgets, and performance metrics
- Strong leadership presence — you lead by example and aren’t afraid to get in the field
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure
- Experience managing P&L, scheduling, and compliance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an active, outdoor environment
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and any airport permits as required
