Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You&nbsp;will oversee&nbsp;project planning, scheduling,&nbsp;budgeting, and implementation. This project is located in Buda, Texas.&nbsp; Applicant must be available to start work on or around 9/1/25.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials,&nbsp;and clients</li>
<li>Negotiate&nbsp;with contractors to receive reasonable order costs</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere&nbsp;to original plans and specifications</li>
<li>Upload RFI's, Daily logs, etc to cloud based software</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years previous experience in construction management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud based construction management software</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
Benefits and company vehicle&nbsp;may be offered after a probationary period.
$100K-$125K based on experience.
