Rate: Up to $100K
Overview:
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Scientist to support process development, scale-up, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to bring innovative products from the lab to commercial production efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology transfer and process optimization from scale-up through commercialization.
- Draft and review technical documents, protocols, and reports.
- Analyze process data to ensure product quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Operations to ensure accurate documentation, training, and execution.
- Support client meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (+3 years) or Master’s (+1 year) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Hands-on experience intechnology transfer and formulation scale-up within a GMP-regulated environment.
