If you take pride in precision and enjoy working with your hands and modern machinery, this role puts you at the center of how products are made, inspected, recorded, and shipped.

Your mission

  • Run and monitor production equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Assemble components and/or package finished goods to hit throughput goals.
  • Conduct visual and manual inspections to verify part accuracy and quality standards.
  • Document output: track good parts, scrap parts, and all required information for inventory control.
  • Keep work areas clean and hazard-free through routine housekeeping.
  • Contribute to team objectives, stepping in where needed to keep production flowing.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Who you are

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Thorough, procedure-focused, and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards or similar automotive/manufacturing frameworks.
  • Strong manual dexterity to assemble, pack, grip, and operate tools and machines.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Able to enter data accurately and navigate visual touchscreen display panels.
  • Confident with basic math used in production environments.
  • Collaborative teammate who works effectively with others.

Where you’ll work

A dynamic manufacturing environment alongside running production lines and equipment.

Physical expectations

Hands-on role requiring frequent handling of objects, tools, and controls; reaching with hands and arms; and moving throughout the plant. Requires sustained visual attention. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical activities are part of daily work.

Team structure

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
