Job Title: Manufacturing Operator/Technical – Full Time (Paid Training in China 45–60 Days, No Language Requirement)

Pay: $$22–$23/hr (based on experience, paid during China training)
About the Opportunity (Through a Recruiting Agency)
Our client—an international clean-energy manufacturer—is urgently hiring full-time Manufacturing Operators for its new factory in Jeffersonville.
No experience needed.
All training will be provided.
Must be willing to travel to China (Huai’an, Jiangsu) for 45–60 days of paid training.
Travel, hotel, meals are 100% covered.
This role is ideal for candidates who want stable income, full-time work, and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment
- Follow safety and standard procedures
- Assist with daily production tasks
- Work in a clean, modern, automated facility
- Work 12-hour shifts (rotating schedule)
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to travel internationally (passport/visa supported)
- Reliable, willing to learn, good work attitude
- Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Manufacturing experience a plus but not required
Paid Training in China (45–60 Days)
- Paid full U.S. hourly wage during training
