BCForward is looking for Building Services - Floor Tech 3rd Shift in Cleveland, OH 44106
Position: Building Services - Floor Tech
Location: Cleveland, OH 44106
Duration: 6+ months contract, possible extension
Pay: $16/hr on W2
Shift: 3rd Shift, Mon-Fri, 5pm - 1:30am
Job Summary:
Perform maintenance on carpets, hard/soft floors, upholstery cleaning, and floor restoration. Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely. Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment. May assist in emergencies and bio-hazard cleanups.
Qualifications:
- 3 years floor work experience
- High school diploma & valid Ohio driver’s license
- Ability to read/write/speak English and perform simple math
- Responsible, self-motivated, team player with good communication
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, hazards, and safety procedures
Working Conditions:
Exposure to noise, chemicals, biohazards, and heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs). Must pass physical exam and immunizations, work nights/weekends, and drive university vehicle.
