General Contractor looking for a Tenant Coordinator for a Large Affordable Multifamily Construction Renovation in Hempstead, NY. This position is a Full-Time, Temporary Role, with the potential to transition to permanent employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as intermediary between the project and tenants.
- Responsible for tenant notification, re: scheduling.
- Responsible for tenant conflict resolution and all tracking of such.
- Responsible for all tenant-related incident reports, tracking logs, tenant requests, opt-outs, and tenant-related warranty work.
- Communicate and coordinate with tenants, ownership and subcontractors, site superintendents and others, as required.
- Other related projects, as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly organized with strict attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Computer proficiency
- Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
- Deadline driven
