The Fitness Trainer contributes to Power Train’s success by conducting themselves in a professional demeanor that demonstrates the company’s mission and vision. They are also responsible to help improve the overall success of the business through sales related activities and exceptional client coaching. The Fitness Trainer will deliver on all the performance objectives set forth by the company. In addition, the Fitness Trainer will focus on the team delivering unmatched results for our clients, while contributing to a fun, positive and engaging environment.

Key Job Responsibilities;

Responsibilities and job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • The most important duty of the Fitness Trainer is to ensure our team is able to transform more lives by daily increasing the sales to new members in the center and deliver a great training experience for all of our members.
  • Model and promote Power Train mission and values through appropriate behavior, appearance, words and actions
  • Uphold company mission by delivering training sessions that meet the Power Train standards for ratios and program design
  • Effectively conduct Free Trials designed to drive new business
  • Engage in opportunities to grow client count through high quality interactions and creative training sessions designed to drive overall membership growth and retention
  • Masterfully communicating the benefits of Power Train training and transformation to potential members.
  • Ensure that the facility remains surgically clean, by executing on daily cleaning and maintenance responsibilities assigned to you
  • Develop, strategize, and deliver social media content to the team for implementation
  • Work to up-skill yourself through continuing education and self-development
  • Always wear professional Power Train attire during work hours and be otherwise professionally dressed in alignment with standards as may be set from time to time by Power Train.
  • Consistently arrive for work 16 minutes before assigned start hours to ensure fully prepared for on-time coaching assignments and an exceptional on-time client experience.
  • Display a consistent relentless positivity and can-do mindset through all interactions with fellow team members and clients along with continuous professional engagement and encouragement with our clients.
  • Fitness Trainers are expected to work daily open and close shifts as may be assigned.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturday and split shifts vary as needed
